TSE performs an array of various site development and construction service projects.  The work tasks performed by TSE start well in advance of the groundbreaking process and include the planning, scheduling, review, and quantity take-offs derived from the drawings, specifications, project manuals, and contract documents supplied by the designated project architects and/or engineers.  Any successful site development project starts with the pre-construction review and scheduling process, which ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.  Following the extensive planning process, TSE performs all aspects of the construction services and work necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to, surveying and layout, clearing and demolition, erosion control, earthmoving and excavation, storm drainage and underground storm control and detention systems, sewer and water facilities, base and fine grading, as well as concrete pads, walkways and curbing, and all asphalt paving, striping, and signage.  These site projects include large residential communities, industrial sites, shopping centers, strip malls, gas stations, etc.
