TSE provides critical infrastructure services and functions for and in partnership with national and regional utility companies, as well as municipalities/communities and private parties located throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.  TSE is responsible for performing essential upgrades, repairs, and/or maintenance to the utility systems and other related critical infrastructure and appurtenances owned and operated by these public and/or private entities.  This includes the installation, repair, and/or maintenance of the facilities located throughout municipal, state, and private roadways and/or rights-of-way, including water, sewer, stormwater, gas, and/or fire hydrants which serve the public.  TSE performs all specialty work associated with the utility installation, including wet taps, directional drilling/boring, the butt fusion of pipe, pumping stations, pressure reducing stations, and/or meter pits/vaults.  This critical infrastructure work performed by TSE ensures that these public and/or private service lines are safe, reliable, efficient, and meet all federal, state, and/or local quality, safety, and/or regulatory standards.  TSE is also responsible for the reconstruction and/or restoration of the roadways, sidewalks, curbing, and other property affected by the aforesaid utility system upgrades and/or repairs.
